Mango Languages now has an Android App!

One of our most heavily used online resources is a language-learning program called Mango Languages. With over 38 languages to choose from, Mango has formatted its lessons in an engaging, interactive format that makes learning a language easier — you’ll be speaking after just one lesson!

What’s so great about Mango Languages?

- Mango focuses on practical speaking skills
- Lessons combine everyday conversation skills and memory building strategies
- Lessons also include cultural insights, helping you understand the customs and etiquette of the people in the country

Back in November I wrote about Mango and their iPhone app. They just released an Android app, opening the doors to more folks who want to learn a language on the go. Now you can learn a language on virtually any device!

Download the Android app | Download the iPhone app

(For the apps to work, you must first have an account with Mango set up through the library’s website. Once the apps and lessons have been downloaded, you can learn at your own pace, with or without an internet connection).

Don’t want the app but want to check out Mango Languages anyway? You can access it from at home from your computer 24-7.

Interested in learning language programs for your young child (ages zero to five)? Check out Mango’s Little Pim. You can find it listed alphabetically under “M” for Mango Languages – Little Pim here.
