The Second Floor Librarians

Earlier this month we posted about the Advantage Program which allows us  to purchase additional copies of  downloadables just for Corvallis-Benton Co. library patrons.

 I’m a big fan of J. R. R. Tolkien’s Lord of the Rings trilogy: The Fellowship of the ring, The two towers, and The return of the king.

One of the biggest complaints we hear about Libray2Go is that there aren’t enough books available to check out.   We hear you!  

It has been a big news week for downloadable eBooks, audiobooks and video at our library.  Kindles, and new apps, oh, my!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Blackberry users rejoice!  OverDrive recently announced the release of its OverDrive Media Console app for BlackBerry mobile devices, which allows users to wirelessly check out library ebooks and audiobooks.

Judging by all the questions we get about downloading Library2Go materials (ebooks, audiobooks and video) to use on your various gadgets, we know you all have a lot of questions about Library2Go.
