Martin Luther King Jr. from the Library of Congress. All branches of the Corvallis-Benton County Public Library will be closed in observance of Martin Luther King Jr Day on Monday, January 18th.

The Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas last week featured (for the first time) an “eBooks TechZone” with the newest and best in ebook devices. With all the doom and gloom about publishing, reading and literacy in the news, ereading may give reading (and readers) a boost!
